For the unversed, on February 2, 2024, news about Poonam’s death garnered all the headlines. Hours later, her manager, Parul Chawla confirmed that the 32-year-old actress had passed away due to cervical cancer. As soon as the news of Poonam’s death went viral, her colleagues and fans poured condolence messages for her.
Poonam Pandey reveals she is alive
However, on February 3, 2023, Poonam Pandey dropped a video of herself claiming that she was alive. In the video, Poonam claimed that she had hoaxed her death in order to raise awareness about cervical cancer. She also penned her reasons for faking her death and claimed how women never pay attention to the deadly cervical cancer. The actress also urged women to get themselves checked.
