Television actor, Kanan Malhotra is leading the headlines as the Radhakrishn actor recently got divorced. Kanan had an arranged marriage in 2014 with a Delhi-based girl, Aakanksha Dhingra and the couple was reportedly separated after five years. After their split, Kanan and Aakanksha were granted divorce in May 2023.
Kanan Malhotra confirms his divorce
In an interview with the Times of India, Kanan opened up about his divorce and stated that things were not working between him and Akanksha and they decided to part ways. In his words:
“Things were not working out between us. There were a few problems – no fights but we weren’t on the same wavelength. We decided to part ways and move on, instead of stretching a relationship that was not working. Divorce toh abhi three-four months back hua hai.”
