Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd have formed a joint venture to focus on railway manufacturing and infrastructure. Texmaco will invest ?4.90 crore, holding a 49% stake, while RVNL will own 51%. The venture aligns with government initiatives for railway modernisation.
