According to a report by SquareYards, Rohit Sharma’s wife, Ritika Sajdeh, bought a new apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 26.30 crore. The apartment is located in Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi locality in Mumbai. The apartment has a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq ft and contains three parking lots. According to the documents, Ritika paid a duty payment of Rs. 1.31 crore and a whopping registration charge of Rs. 30,000, and these transactions were done on December 12, 2025. The new apartment was bought from Ajinkya DY Patil and Puja Anjinkya Patil.
