Weddings are not only the bond of two humans and two souls, rather it’s a blend of two hearts, two traditions, and two families. A girl dreams to marry the man of her dreams from a very young age. From what dresses she would wear to the venue, the decor, and the food, girls tend to keep dreaming about all these since the time she’s 6, and when the big day comes, it’s all about the execution. Our bride of the week, Tanika D’Souza’s wedding look, was something that amalgamated Indian-ness along with Christianity, and oh boy, although she was a minimal bride, the elegance was simply top-notch.
Sabyasachi bride, Tanika D’Souza stunned in an ivory-toned saree for her Indo-Scottish wedding
Tanika D’Souza got married to her longtime Scottish beau, Jamie Errington, in Tuscany. The couple’s love story is straight out of a movie, for sure. Well, their wedding looks were too straight from the Vintage camera rolls. For her wedding, Tanika D’Souza slipped into an ivory-toned saree from none other than Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Tanika is a South Indian from Mangalore who, over the years, resided in several parts of the world, be it Dubai, New York, or Luxembourg. Coming back to her wedding look, Tanika’s ivory bridal saree was sheen and had hand-embroidery naksi work, but very limited that kept up with the sheen base of the saree.
