Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar could easily be hailed as the ‘IT’ couple of Bollywood from their time. For those who don’t know, Saira got married to the man of her dreams, Dilip Kumar, on October 11, 1966. The much-in-love duo’s love story was nothing less than a Cinderella Story. However, after a blissful marital life of 55 years, Saira and Dilip’s togetherness came to an end as the latter bid goodbye to the world on July 7, 2021. A few months ago, Saira made her Instagram debut, and since then, she has been sharing some unseen glimpses and unheard anecdotes about Dilip Sahib, and yet the same happened again as on October 11, 2023, the veteran actress marked her 57th wedding anniversary with the man of her dreams.

Taking to her IG handle, Saira Banu dropped an unseen video from her and Dilip Kumar’s wedding. The video, which was actually a compilation of several short clips from their wedding ceremonies, featured the diva’s voice in the background. As the video began, we can hear Saira saying:
“So here began my dreams, the dreams of Cinderella.”
