Salman Khan’s Rumoured Ex-Somy Ali To Adopt A Baby Girl From India, Reveals Name

Somy Ali used to once hog the limelight because of her rumoured romantic involvement with Salman Khan, back in the early ’90s. Now, it looks like the maternal instincts in the Pakistani-American actress have kicked in as she is planning to adopt a baby and act as a girl from a small village in India. The actress was born in Karachi, Pakistan on March 25, 1976, for the unversed. She moved to Florida with her family when she was nine and acted in movies like Teesra Kaun, Krishan Avtaar, and Yaar Gadaar.

Somy Ali reveals the name of her baby girl that she would adopt

Somy’s career in Bollywood was brief but it was successful. She was known for her equation with Salman, but in the early ’90s, she left Bollywood and shifted to the USA to pursue her social work. Somy never thought of settling down with kids, as she was always in the ‘crush zone’ addiction. However, subconsciously, her mom became her inspiration and hope, motivating her to adopt a child. Somy, in an interview with IANS shared that she would like to adopt a baby girl from her second country India. She said:

 “One day the goal is to have baby Malala play with baby Ram and baby Ram play with baby Tom. n infant from my second country, India. Even when I was there from 1990 to 1998 we addressed it as Bombay. And my grandparents were born there as well as my father.”
