Satish Shah, the veteran actor who had entertained the audience with his comic timing and strong screen presence, left for the heavenly abode on October 25, 2025. According to multiple sources, the Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! actor passed away due to kidney failure. Earlier this year, he also underwent a kidney transplant at the age of 74, in order to take care of his wife, Madhu, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s. The funeral was held in Mumbai on October 26, 2025. Now, after the last rites, his family has organised a prayer meet.

According to the note shared by JD Majethia, the prayer meet will be held tomorrow, on October 27, 2025, at Jalaram Hall, Juhu, Mumbai. The event will run from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
