Popular industrialist, Sunjay Kapur’s untimely death on June 12, 2025, at the mere age of 53 has left a void in the hearts of his loved ones especially his wife and kids. As a well-known name in the business world, Sunjay’s life was closely followed by the media which increased after his ugly divorce and custody battle with his ex-wife, Karisma. However, in his final years, the industrialist had got peace in his personal life where he and his third wife, Priya Sachdev had established a cordial bond between their blended family with four kids. Days before Sunjay Kapur’s demise, Priya Sachdev sat down for an interview with Siddhant Digvijay Jaitha. During the conversation, she opened up about modern day parenting and explained that children in the modern world are logical and if parents need to build a strong connection with them, they have to stay updated with the technology and latest trends. She believed that by understanding the world through AI or social media, parents could better communicate with their children. At the same time, Priya explained how building a friendship like bond with kids was the best means to establish a healthy relationship with kids.
