Bollywood is mostly known for its romantic and action-packed films. It is rare when a horror genre reaches the audience’s heart, like the Hollywood horror flicks. However, Stree and Stree 2’s success proved that Indian films have the potential to scare the hearts of their fans. But the fifth instalment in Maddock’s horror-comedy universe, Thamma‘s trailer has landed flat. The Internet is buzzing with disappointment with the 2.54-minute trailer.
Thamma trailer shows a battle with a 1000-year-old vampire
The trailer showed Ayushmann Khurrana jumping from one building to another and finding his balance as he turns into a vampire. After which, he seems to get engaged in a battle with a thousand-year-old vampire, which is played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. However, his father, played by Paresh Rawal, believes that his son has turned into a shaitaan, after he spotted his vampire teeth. While the teaser was loved, the trailer left the fans highly disappointed.
