Vishnu Manchu’s dream project, Kannappa, was released in the theatres on June 27, 2025. The mythological drama features several top actors from across the country, including Prabhas from Tollywood, Mohanlal from Mollywood, and Akshay Kumar from Bollywood. Mukesh Kumar Singh’s Kannappa opened at the cinema to mixed reviews from the audience. While Prabhas and the second half of the film garnered immense praise from viewers for his impeccable performance, certain elements of the film were not well received by them. This included the VFX used in certain scenes in the film. However, as the audience continues to decide their stance on Kannappa, it is the lead of the multi-starrer, Vishnu Manchu, who came forward to address some of the points made by the audience.
