In a shocking turn of events, one of the brightest tennis players, Radhika Yadav, was shot dead by her father, Deepak Yadav. Deepak had confessed to committing the crime and revealed that he was fed up with the kind of taunts and remarks he had to face for living off his daughter’s money. Several of their close friends, family members and even neighbours have spoken about this matter. 

During an interview with the Hindustan Times, a neighbour claimed that there was a ‘love jihad‘ angle to the case, which turned the focus to Inamul Haq, one of the co-stars of Radhika. Now, being restless with the continuous target, Inamul broke his silence.

For the unversed, reports initially stated that Radhika Yadav was killed for making a reel/music video, which her father, Deepak Yadav, didn’t like. Eventually, things started getting unfolded, and it was clarified that Radhika, who was a tennis player, took a break from her career due to her shoulder injury, and she started running an academy. However, Deepak was not on the same page as Radhika running the academy, as people used to taunt him for living off his daughter’s money. Deepak shared that it was due to this built-up anger that he shot his daughter dead.
