It has been more than a month since 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s body was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered under rising singer, David Anthony Burke a.k.a D4vd. However, despite the case being under investigation, several questions continue to linger. How did Celeste end up in the singer’s car? Was anybody responsible for hiding her remains? Celeste Rivas’ remains were found on September 8, 2025, after staff at a Hollywood Hills towing yard reported a found odour coming from an abandoned Tesla. The vehicle was found registered under D4vd, and it was not reported stolen. Later, it was discovered that the car had been towed away from the singer’s residence. According to The Mirror US, legal expert Chad Cummings explained that authorities are ‘playing the long game’ and reviewing all the possible surveillance footage taken from D4vd’s Hollywood Hills residence.
