A while ago, Kiara Advani took to her Instagram handle and shared a photo from her birthday. The photo featured Kiara’s birthday cake, with vanilla fondant and tiny floral appliqués all over. The cake had a floral crown on top, along with the most beautiful cake topper, which featured mom embracing her daughter. No doubt, the cake was to celebrate Kiara’s birthday, along with her motherhood journey and newborn baby girl. On the cake, a sweet message was written, which could be read as:
