Rahul Vaidya has been hogging the limelight after he called India’s top cricketer, Virat Kohli and his fans ‘joker’. The row began when Virat allegedly liked Avneet’s sultry pictures, which went viral on her fan page. The singer who claimed to be blocked by Kohli made a huge outcry about the entire situation. Kohli did issue a clarification related to Avneet’s row, but Rahul, in a post, revealed that the Instagram algorithm may go ahead and like posts that he did not like. He told Kohli not to do PR related to it and sarcastically called it Instagram’s mistake. Now, singer, Abhijeet Sawant took a dig at Rahul and spoke about how he has been an attention seeker.

Abhijeet, the winner of Indian Idol Season 1, sat down for an interview with the Hindi Rush and spoke about the Rahul-Virat Kohli row. He said that whatever the singer was doing did not make sense. Abhijeet revealed that Rahul always wanted to be in the limelight and would even give importance to things that were not even relevant. Abhijeet said:
“He is somebody who will never go unnoticed. Somebody has this habit of not going unnoticed, he will try to do something to get noticed. Mujhe relevant bhi nahi lagti yeh cheeze. Uska koi matlab nahi hai. Somebody has this habit of not going unnoticed, he will try to do something to get noticed.”
